Worst ISP ever!!! No communication, no internet, no SERVICE!!!!! SUPERSONIC is very very very poor!
This is clearly a business who does not care about their cuatomers! They do not take blame for anything that is wrong over their lines... For gaming they are terrible... Been off for a week and multiple messages(email, whatsapp, phone calls) they do not care!! Now AGAIN off for no rrason and theey putting blame on someone else... Theey are pathetic!!! They don't reply and this is the worst service I have ever had!!!

I apologise that you are not happy with the service you have received. I understand you are using your own router, which makes it difficult for us to troubleshoot as we do not have access to it.
There was 100 % a major outage where both Cape Town and Johannesburg had connectivity issues as result.
I understand that this is your last month with us. Even though it is, I have given your two trace routes to Core Support so that they can take a look.
