WORST ISP EVER!!!!! ********** and useless customer service

I app**** with Supersonic two months ago and they did nothing, didn't send out router or contact me or anything. So after calling them repeatedly I cancelled my application. Its now two months later and they will not release my fibre line so I can use another provider. I have no contract with them and yet I call them every single day and they cannot give me any feedback on when they will release my line. I have multiple case numbers yet they never call back. So i'm calling them every single day. The most useless company i have ever dealt with.
