WORST ISP EVER

I am disgusted at the service my family and I got from supersonic.

We were in the market for an ISP for some time and requested a quote from Supersonic as well, though we did not confirm nor agree to anything with the company in question.

We decided to go with a different ISP but they could not assist accordingly as Supersonic had already connected their services, without any written or recorded consent. We called their customer agents to disconnect their services as no one ever agreed to any of their services and the agents were all rude. Above that they are telling us to pay a cancelation fee for something we did not even agree to. HOW AM I CANCELING SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR????? HOW AM I CANCELING SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER USED!!!!!!!
