WORST ISP EVER!

***? Last year July I downgraded my package from the uncapped LTE to a smaller package, but the person in the call center made a mistake and downgraded it to the wrong package, after calling back to get SuperSonic to change it to the correct package, SuperSonic Charged me the Full amount of R548,79..... I already paid R999 that month why even charge me for a package that I'm not even using that month.... and then charged me again.... so SuperSonic owes me the R548,79..... but noooooo this year whoever worked on my account f***** up and charged me again for that R999 and the R548,79 again..... Worst ISP EVER
