Worst ISP EVER!!!
Worst Service provider EVER.
Signal is down MOST of the time. Log tickets but the only response you get is that it has been escalated to MTN. We as clients have NO way of following up on time lines ETC. You staff needs training. They read of an instruction sheet, they have NO technical knowledge. Today you can't even phone them , because the Network is congested. When are we as South African going to get the service we deserve from the companies we actually Pay for the service.

All these people want to cancel their contract with you, because YOU don't supply internet. You don't uphold Your side of the contract.
The only thing you are serious about is your cancellation terms and conditions.
Please supply detail how we can stop your ridiculous NON Service. There is NO way that I will pay the full term for NO service.
