WORST ISP EVER!

I recently took out a product with Supersonic. At the time i didnt know what headache awaited me. You guys are by far one of the worst companies ive ever had to deal with. the product was never delivered to me and you guys are debiting me. I dont know what mickey mouse operation you guys run??? Are you not aware when delivery is not made. I have to continuously make follow ups with you guys. Since delivery didnt take place, i opted to cancel the deal. The agent i spoke took confirmed he would cancel the deal and they would credit m account for the debit order taken off. Its now 3 weeks later, i contact you guys yesterday, only to find out the person never processed a cancellation nor have i been credited. I can only assume that i will be debited again. If i reverse this debit order, i am the one who is negatively impacted. I also have all the whatsapp chats. I would like to actually upload that on social media as this company is a joke. Ive have other people who were interested in taking out deals with you guys and i have warned them against this. I have also stopped a corporate deal from happening with you guys as you cant get one individual line stored, how will you manage a corporate account??? you guys are a joke and should be shut down
