Worst isp ever

This is absolutely disgusting service by both Supersonic and Mtn. I've had my 5G internet for almost 2 years now. Barely had an issue, network was great, when there were issues, it was resolved quickly. Fast forward 1 year and a few months, my internet speeds seem to be capped from 12pm to 11pm every day since the 24th February. At first i thought it was fair usage being depleted, but on the weekend of the 1st and 2nd March, nothing changed. I've made endless calls to sort this out and kept getting the run around. Now I'm being totalled it's best effort speeds. The past year or so I've had about 180 download and 50 upload which is fine for gaming and streaming. Now it is capped at 10mbps during the times I come home from work. It's like they expect me to stay up till 11 to start enjoying my internet. And now that I wanna cancel, there is an attempt to help but with no resolution. I will be canceling this service and I'd be damned if they gonna make me pay another month of this ****. Everything is just buffering. I will block this debit should they try and force me to pay another month as I know you pay in advance for their services. I've already shopped around while struggling with this for 2 weeks now. I don't recommend anyone go with these guys for internet. Rather go directly to isp. Probably less hassle to get things sorted out.
