Worst isp ever
This is the worst isp ever. Everytime I top up my data there is a problem. When you phone *********** consultants help you that cannot do math. All they can do is log an inquiry and you will have to wait. When you cancel and ask them to confirm cancellation, you hear nothing from them. They do not communicate. Please dont use them if you dont want to fight everytime.

27 May 2021, 13:04My account number is S***. It is very odd but after my complaint the 28 gig of data rolled over miraculously appeared again. I also instantly received an email regarding my cancellation. Please note that I am giving notice today again to terminate my service on 30 June 2021. This is more than 30 days notice.

Please note that I am giving notice today again to terminate my service on 30 June 2021. This is more than 30 days notice.
