Worst ISP ever

The worst ISP to ever exist. I contracted with VUMA because I'd seen so many bad reviews for Supersonic. How I got them as an ISP, I will never know. I decided to give them a chance. Worst mistake ever. I have not had internet for over a week. Between them not being accountable and shifting blame to VUMA, to being cut during a call, and agents not calling back even though I've made them aware of the call cutting issue. Always saying they are escalating and nothing is being done. If I could give a zero star I would. Contract at your own risk.
