Worst ISP

Worst ISP. Would not recommend. No support.

Still have an open query that is being ignored for the past 5 months. The technical support advised to do a payment via EFT as the debit order for the first month will not go off for the pro rata month and then the debit order went off. Thus, a double payment was made and never received my refund for the double payment. I queried this issue for more than 3 months, almost every week and yet no answer. The only answer they can give is to say the EFT payment has never been allocated with but with an account ref number added to the proof of payment.

This is ridiculous.

There is no support. Had almost no internet connection for more than 3 hours but if you need assistance - do not use their Whatsapp line for immediate response/help. I managed at the end fixing my own internet..... thanks for that.

I highly do not recommend this ISP to anyone.
