Worst ISP DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC

We have been without internet for 7 days, I have called supersonic over 50 times, yet nothing has been done, i was promised i would be sent a router 5 days ago, however every new day comes, i am uinable to get into contact with anyone from supersonic, so i have to call ther delivery company myself, just to find that once again you either have not sent it, or you have sent it FOR THE 5TH TIME IN A ROW with the wrong name on the delivery, DESPITE the fact i specifically explained exactly what you needed to do to fix it, not one person in your company bothered to fix it, not one manager has ever called me back no matter how many times im promised they will. so here i am now waiting for this router, havent heard a word from supersonic since 8 am its now 2 pm , and if they dont take care of this soon it will be another entire weekend without internet, my business has suffered unbelievable damage due to supersonics incompetence, just got a reply from supersonic, apparently you havent even sent it yet, i just had to go and get u to send the parcel now by calling you back again , had i not done that, my query never would have been dealt with, ive received 0 apologies and as of yet have had no1 contact me in order to try and fix the situation. By far the worst company i have ever dealt with. do not use supersonic. absolutely aweful company.
