WORST ISP

Worst decision I ever made. Poor service. For 2 months been struggling with my internet everytime I connect with technical it is the same excuse "best effort" then it is the same steps reset or unplug. Have a reference number for a apparent problem at the tower dated 11 November and untill now no feedback nothing. Worst ISP.
