Worst internet service provider

After reading all the complaints on Hellopeter about Supersonic, clearly there is a major problem here.They are the worse internet provider that is full of empty promises that I have ever came across. Their customer services sucks, they are very unprofessional because they do not put the customers interest at heart. They lack customer retention and their ETA is pathetic. I would not recommend anyone to join Supersonic because all you get from them is poor service, no follow ups and lies even from so called managers who give you empty promises about been on top of things.
