Worst internet service provider

Worst service ever! I made a 50gb top at 8am and now at 22h20 I am capped...no customer service available they are all sleeping soundly while i have to struggle! Checked my usage there is NO WAY I used 50gigs in this time period...this is also not the first time I am having problems with this company...they have the worst customer service ever! and they hardly ever say sorry...Looks like they are literally *****ing from customers!!!!!!!
