Worst internet “service” provider

The worst “service” provider! I would seriously rate you -5 stars if it was possible!

Can someone phone me asap re the poor internet we have been experiencing! I am very unhappy with the “service”! I work from home and 70% of the time when I am in a meeting, nobody can hear me or it shows poor connection.

I have a debit order that goes off every month and I have never paid late for the poor quality. I now understand why you have a rating of 1.1 stars on Google.

I have sent a private message as well. I will no longer “hold the line” to get hold of someone during the week for assistance.

If I do not get a response from you asap, I will request for my contract to be cancelled and look for a better service provider.

I cannot even find an email address on your website to email you nor is it on your invoices!

Shocking and **** service! It is time that we start to boycott these terrible money grabbing companies!
