Worst internet service provider

Supersonic is the name for what was previously Smart Village. I’m locked in with their internet service as they manage the services to the estate I live in. I constantly have internet issues. They constantly replace routers and the constantly blame my network ... only later to again admit that the router is faulty or incorrectly installed. No internet again. Tomorrow will be the same
