Worst Internet provider EVER!!!!!

Title: Paid for service, ignored for a week, then account cancelled – shocking service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Supersonic’s service.

After switching from MTN to Supersonic, MTN continued deducting money from my account incorrectly. Because of this, my Supersonic account fell behind—but this was not due to negligence on my side. I spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this with MTN.

Eventually, I paid Supersonic out of my own pocket on 27 April 2026, as I was instructed to settle the account before month-end. On 28 April, a Supersonic agent confirmed this and told me my line would be reconnected once payment reflected.

From that point onward, I followed up every single day, multiple times a day, across different platforms. Every time I contacted Supersonic, I received different and conflicting answers. I was told to wait 48 hours, but no one could even confirm when payment reflected.

Despite my continuous effort to resolve this, no one took ownership of the issue.

I even sent a formal email complaint—no response.

Today, after once again trying to get assistance and even asking them to call me because I cannot get through telephonically, I was told:

“The account was already due to be cancelled due to non-payment… we cannot reactivate service once it is cancelled.”

This is completely unacceptable.

I made payment as instructed

I followed up consistently for an entire week

I was promised reconnection

I was ignored

And now I am being told it’s too late

To make matters worse, I receive friendly automated SMS messages telling me to “reach out for help,” yet when I do, no actual help is provided.

This is not just poor service—it is a complete failure in communication, accountability, and basic customer care.

I am a paying customer who made every effort to resolve this situation, yet I have been left without service and without support.

Supersonic needs to seriously address how they handle customer accounts and escalations, because this experience has been beyond frustrating.
