Worst Internet Provider

Supersonic has turned out to be the worst internet provider. For more than a week now, I don’t have internet. The first 3 days they were lying that it was metrofibre that had an outage in my area, until I called metrofibre and they told me that never happened. Got back to supersonic they’ve been putting me on hold for more than 30mins after that they’ll drop the call, not just once but for the past 4days. And they never call you back. I’m so angry right now because even cancelling my account with them is so difficult. They are just a ripoff man, because at the end of the month they expect me to pay for internet I never used!!! Supersonic you don’t even deserve a one star, and I’ll never ever recommend you to someone again.
