Worst Fibre Service Ever

Worst service I have received ever - I placed an order for fibre on 25 June and have had zero feedback as to when it will be installed or even when my router will be delivered. Nobody ever answers when I call and I have called multiple times and at different times of the day. WhatsApp communication is appalling - they take hours to to reply and then if you do not respond in 5 minutes, they close the chat.
