WORST Experience i have EVER had to endure

The single WORST experience with a company i have EVER had. DO NOT use this service. They do not tell you anything when you sign up for their "monthly no contract service" and then when they have their claws in your bank account they make it near IMPOSSIBLE to leave. They hold you hostage with a claw back fee for 24 months that isn't mentioned (we looked at the terms of service and did not find any mention of it when we signed up but when we called they updated the website before our eyes to cover their mistake) nor makes any sense when you sign up. when you have any sort of problem you go through 100s of agents and no one is any help. We have been struggling with them for MONTHS going from instillations problems, to credit note problems to now cancellation problems. STAY AWAY!!!
