Worst experience ever

Absolutely pathetic!!! I’ve been without wifi for a week, log the call as is required by them, no one has contacted me, I’ve tried to contact a manager, they can’t transfer me but a manager will contact, 4 managers are suppose to phone me, I’m still waiting, all of this is in the system in writing and clearly recorded as they keep on telling you. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!
