Worst Experience ever
Worst experience with this ISP. From September last year, they handed my already terminated account to the debt collectors without my knowledge. They are now failing to resolve a query opened against them from 7th March to date. Being given the run arounds. Now been waiting for someone from finance to approve a simple request, meanwhile they keep deducting money from my account
