Worst experience

I have had the worst experience with supersonic an ongoing case of 3weeks dealing with a customer care service that is the worst and not informed about their product absolutely ridiculous. Took them 3weeks to figure out that the problem was the simcard. When the sim finally arrived i was told i must wait again for the activation. When I finally posted on social media about my frustrations a lady named Patricia Mabiletsa was about to assist within 5min.. after I was told that i would have to wait till the next morning for activation. Ridiculous! Supersonic needs to train their customer care about the product and service! Thank you once again to Patricia Mabiletsa.
