WORST EVER ISP

Super Sonic has to be the worst ever ISP.......... just when i thought you could not get worse than TELKOM................ BOOOM Super sonic tops the list. Sales agent made contact with me on the 10th of October after been refered to by MTN, All my details and information captured and i was assured that i would recieve my Router within 7 days and shortly thereafter i would recieve communication from a technician as to when the installation will take place , low and behold its now gone 10 days and not a single sign of communication from thier side. I have called in numerous times but just get left to listen to that annoying music for over 30mins( bare in mind that i am getting charged for this call as its not TOLL FREE, the whats app line you chat to a robot that eventually says its connecting you to a human who never arrives............. im starting to wonder if that person is still being born.)

1 star rating is not even worthy of their services ,once you sign up and your details are captured you are just forgotten about!!!!!
