Worst customer support
The worst customer support ever. Makes Telkom look like super star. If I could give 0 stars I would. When lodging a complaint about slow line speeds they never get back to you when they say they will and now, for no apparent reason they disconnect my account. The day after my debit cleared so ***. When trying to phone the customer support line you hold for 30+ minutes only to get to a dead line when reaching number 1.

I did reply with contact details but as per Supersonic standard operating procedure I have not heard anything from anybody at Supersonic. To add insult to injury my account has been cut off for the second night in a row even though I have enough data remaining.
