Worst customer service from Supersonic

The worst customer service I have experienced in my life is from Supersonic. The call center agents are all rude and unable to provide answers . It is like they are all programmed to say I will get back to you and they never do. I have cancelled the contract and even returned their device but they continue debiting my account
