Worst customer service ever

I have contacting Supersonic since the beginning of February to get an easy pay number to pay for the internet I require for my work from home job each time there's a different excuse, you people should hire competent staff or provide training, your what's app line sucks it takes hours for someone to reply if I don't reply in 2 minutes they close the chat I am sick and tire of this company I want upper management to contact me ASAP or I will escalate this legally as my employment is on the line.
