Worst customer service!!
Worst ISP!! I have been battling with them for so long now. I am unable to use my night data, they refuse to assist me via WhatsApp and all their email addresses are useless as no body responds even three weeks after emailing them!! I received a call back only to find out it was from the wrong department I then requested that the correct department call me, I am still waiting.... they are impossible to get hold of but they are are always on time to deduct their money. More than 40Gb has expired as I am unable to use my night data. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

I have to wait in a long call queue for someone to assist me when I need assistance, this is outrageous! It's a complete waste of my time. Whenever you need technical assistance nobody is available to assist you but they are so quick to deduct their money.
I am even charged extra even though I have capped products with you guys??? This is *******!!! You guy do not care about your clients!! I will never recommend you guys to anyone
