Worst customer service

Their customer service is none existent, my router lost connection on 13 July 2024 logged an incident over and over again, not to mention, it’s impossible to get hold of them even in social media, when they finally respond and u take 5 minutes not responding they close the chart yet they responded after days.

Come month end they have the audacity to debit my account for something that i wasn’t even using. Reversed the payment and cancelled their stupid service, now the invoiced me R2500 for clawback that i don’t even what that is.
