Worst Customer Care and Service

Supersonic has the worst customer service ever ! They do not care about their customers and they show it when you call and try to log a complaint. Even when I asked to talk to a manager , he showed how little they care about you - as long as they can ***** your money they are happy.

We logged a cancellation with them on the 26th of March and they only logged it on their side in April cause us to pay a double fee the following month in our new unit in May & then the proceeded to charge us double again in July. When talking to customer care and the managers about it they looked for 300 reason to blame us as the customer instead of actually looking into the problem to give us a proper reason as to why they logged cancellation that late and why they are charging is double TWICE.

I would highly suggest not using supersonic as your wifi provider as they will just ***** your money , ignore you and disappoint you.
