We keep getting threats of being suspended for an outstanding account. The account is fully paid and proof of the payments have been forwarded to their accounts dept 3 times or more. They either don't care about their customers or are to stupid to rectify the mistake. Companies like this should have their licences to trade suspended and will of no loss to the economy as their are other more caring companies who can their share if business. It is time that regulators look at these comments and act. The hard economic conditions affecting citizens are made even harder by these inadequate people who work in them.
