Worst co to make use of in terms of service!!!!!!!!!!!

So this will teach me to come here first before committing to do business with a useless co.y exact complaint is basically the only problem they have. SERVICE!!!! they dont contact you they dont phone you back they cant transfer you to the person assigned to your profile because? Uhm for a co dealing with wifi and telecommunications they apparently dont have phones or airtime. I have been phoning and phoning. They have not rendered any service to me but every single day i get to speak to four to 5 different people. Lucky me! What a waste of time. Doesn’t help promising a service but the people going to the office everyday. Dont actually worK. Bernadine assigned to work with my profile vannot take calls and cannot phone you this has been the worst experience as i have only received service from openserve and ram. Supersonic has dan sh*t!!!!
