Worst after sales service of anyone

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you call costumer care to change or update your service or relocating, you simply cannot get hold of anyone. Then I tried choosing the option to sign up and the phone barely rings. I take 7-14 working days for someone to contact you to try and assist even then nothing happens. They are very happy to sign up new customers but once they have you there is absolutely no service whatsoever. I would honestly rather pay double the price for a service provider who actually provides after sales service.
