Worse Wifi service provider

Supersonic is the worst wifi provider their call centre service is pathetic i spent a 40rands worth of airtime holding on for no service and to top it of is that they offer a call back service that never happens they bill you twice and no one comes back to you to rectify the problem they move their email accounts and whatsapp service is pathetic as well no help its automated then why have this service? Im a client of them a paying clients never in arrears but when it comes to a double billing and one would like a answer to help from them no email response as well all documents are sent but no satisfactory.
