WORSE THAN TELKOM

If I could give a zero star I would.

This is hands down, the most *********** and ********* company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. And I used to be with Telkom.

They charge DIFFERENT PRICES for the SAME PACKAGE for DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS.

And wait for it - loyal customers who have been with the company for YEARS are the ones who PAY MORE. Not new customers who have just joined.

In what world does this make sense?

When asked to update your invoice with the CORRECT PRICES FOR THE GOING RATE OF THESE PACKAGES AT THE TIME, you will be referred to "Terms and Conditions" and be given the run around for literally TWO MONTHS.

Staggeringly poor service.

Stay away from the company at all costs.
