Worse service ever

Supersoni is the worse service provider. We forever have problems with them. The wifi is forever going down and when you call them to find out what is going on they tell you they don’t know. They have to log a ticket. When you then call back to follow up on the “ticket” you get put on hold for 45mins with no answer or help. They don’t give a dam about you. For me who is a person that works from home and every second that I don’t have wifi I am losing money. Come the end of the month when I don’t have money to pay my bills because I sat without wifi. You tell them that they actually tell you they can’t do anything. F@#king worse people even
