Worse service ever

I made an order for their fiber installation but I noticed that the number registered on their website was an old number i was using, since then i have been trying to call them, emailed and WhatsApp them, no one is picking or responding to anything for 2 consecutive days, do they even have real staff working there, now i cant update my contact because no one is responding to anything, the phone rings for 10minutes without being answered.
