Worse service ever

Worse experience ever, it's been less than a week since I got the wifi router from supersonic and it's already not working been calling them since, yesterday evening and still no assistance and every consultant I have spoke with doesn't seem to no what is wrong or happening, they all giving me all sort of reasons what they think it's happening but they can't fix it or don't know what to do. I'm so frustrated and disappointed as I need my internet access to be able to do alot of things and now I'm even buying data on my phone to be able to work. Scary fact it's been like 5days having this however I'm already experiencing such nonsense service..
