Worse Service Ecer

Worse service ever, I have been requesting that a technician be dispatched to my house to see what might be the issue since my wifi has not worked for seven days. During these 7 days I have been calling 2 twice a day, every day and I am told the same thing that a Manager will call me but no one ever does. I can't cancel right away as I need to give them a month's notice in the meantime my business and work is suffering since I am working from home
