Worse ISP ever !! Double billing and no internet when it suites them

This is the worst service, I wish we had alternatives at midstream. I’ve been on hold four times today 7-15 minutes for services cut off when and I was double charged , no outstanding amount , no answers on email and then the calls route to surveys , they advertise support till 8 no one answers at technical support
