Worst service provider ever! The most *********** company I have ever dealt with. Paid my R399 4 WEEKS ago. 2 teams were sent out to me and told me the civil department needs to come out and lay another pipe. To date no one from vuma reach or supersonic has called me. I am the one calling on each and every week.asking when my fibre is finally going to be installed. If my new piping and fibre is not installed by this week I will be cancelling and I want a refund Please have someone from ur civil team call me today or supersonic on ********** with a date they will be coming out and connecting me .I've given you guys 4 weeks to sort my problem out and not 1 person from supersonic has called me!
