Worse internet provider ever

Supersonic is the worst ISP I have ever used . The first 2 months i didn't have internet access , the technician didn't bother to sort out the issue . I had to call numerous time and after i spoke to a manager he managed to get the line only for a while . I cancelled the subscription because i had numerous issues i logged ticket after ticket month after month. I had more tickets load then i had internet connection , when i want to cancel they want to charge me a claw back , so they expect me to continue with the ****ty service and they take money from us , absolutely NOT.
