Worse customer service and billing team is on holiday

Worst customer service ever. Whatsapp customer service doesn't work. Tickets are not attended to. Incorrect invoicing. Regret changing from mweb. Worse 2 months. Now I don't even have internet. I logged 11 tickets and they haven't called me. Call centre you wait for 10 mins in the queue and they still don't answer.
