Worse connection i have experienced

False advertising about Vumatel powered by supersonic, they installed fibre for me and i haven't found joy at all, the connection is extremely poor, what is the purpose of buying a service that doesn't entice you/ fulfill your needs? The speed is slow, they promised a speed of 20mbs download but it gives me 8-10mbs even when i'm near the router, i haven't experienced the 20mbs speed, i don't want to touch the fact that at my backyard i get 0mbs"no connection" My neighbors connection is working very well I'm considering cancelling it and go with a different service provider that will give me joy
