World class terrible customer service.

The worst customer service. They have a complaints email that doesn't even work. Paid for the service on the 1st of Oct, called to cancel on the 9th, they said it would take 14-21 working days to get my refund. ( Like who does that). After calling and sending emails, and the 21 working days has passed. I am still yet to get my refund. Horrible service, up to management. Keeping people's money without providing the service is *****. I wouldn't recommend.
