Won't respond to cancel request

Get no response on my cancellation email sent. After reading all the bad reviews I want to cancel with supersonic. As I was moved over to them from nepic without my consent. Both are very bad companies. How can nepic just move you without consent! To this very bad ISP as well. Now I have also read they bully people who wants to cancel by not releasing the line to the new ISP. Terrible. I won't stay with them. Its bad practice from an ********* company. Plus there is much cheaper options
