******** WITH NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

Absolute shocking experience with supersonic ISP. Their customer service is none existent. I placed an order with them which they cancelled however they never cancelled with Vumatel. Now my new isp cannot activate my line as supersonic has placed a hold on the line and not cancelled it when the order was cancelled. Preventing me from activating my fiber line and cisting me income. I am a single mom to a severely autistic child and need this resolved immediately. Over 48 hours of emails begging for help. Being ignored on whatsapp and emails for over 48 hours. I am taking legal actuon for loss of income and cinracted the ombudsman. I never had a contract with them and they are just blocking my line. Vumatel cannot do anything till they fix this.
