WiFi installation

If I could give the a minus start I would, I paid for WiFi to be installed on the 11th of May 2026 and money was debited that day for an upfront payment. It’s been three weeks and I haven’t heard anything in terms of when the WiFi will be installed , how long I should wait all I got was a promise that I would receive a call for installation and that was three days ago , I have been calling them everyday for the past three days and yet nothing has happened. I request a cancellation and it will take an additional 7-14 working days to get my money back which would have made it a whole month of wasting my time.
