WiFi connection

I have been experiencing a terrible customer service from Supersonic that I can’t even explain and I will not recommend it to anyone even my worse enemy after I posted about their lack of communication I was contacted by one of the consultant who promised to call back last week Saturday never did today on Monday we got an sms that they will send router that we can use until the fibre connection is sorted we got it Tuesday till today that touristy not working no internet connection we call them this morning to complaining that is not a too same shorty the project manager will call u before 10 is 13:00 no call they are the worst service provider 14 days that they said we will be connected it turn out to be 24 days please guys if you want service provider supersonic don’t even try them their service sucks
