Wi-Fi router connectivity problem

I have a Wi-Fi contract with them however since the router has been delivered it says no internet connection and I have been calling them everyday no I have run out of airtime and no one is calling me back and their Whatsap number is not working. Mind you u have already paid them for this month and since it’s monthend on Friday then it means I paid for nothing this month. This is really frustrating
